Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached (where applicable).

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied in error:

  • Used or washed blankets

  • Used or washed swaddles

  • Used or washed bibs

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
